REFUNDS & RETURNS
JIRI KALFAR wants to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction. For online purchases of in-stock items, JIRI KALFAR will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a full refund as set out below. Customer satisfaction is JIRI KALFAR’s top priority, and as such it handles each query on an individual basis to the best of its ability. While JIRI KALFAR hopes that the customer is delighted with their order, if they are not perfectly satisfied with the goods JIRI KALFAR will happily offer a full refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:
We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred and available. Please note:
The customer must notify JIRI KALFAR of their intentions to return the Item within 48 hours of delivery and send email to email@example.com .
Once provided with the confirmation email, items must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these time-frames will not be accepted.
The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches the designer. For the customer’s own protection,JIRI KALFAR recommends that the customer sends the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to the designer is the customer’s responsibility.
All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. This process can take up to 30 days. With exchanges, the customer’s new item(s) will be shipped to them as soon as the designer receives its returning package and any additional payment which is required.
Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. JIRI KALFAR does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. JIRI KALFAR are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
Intimate Apparel: Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear.
Please be aware that items that are Made to Order are not refundable. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.
If you have received an item from JIRI KALFAR as a gift you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes, and import duties, and any additional charges which may incur as a result of exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
